On December 3, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Nye County Resolution No. 2024-09: A Resolution Adopting a Revised Fee Schedule for the County Planning Department.
Starting January 1, 2025, the revised fees will go into effect. The change is for the various fees for all the applications the Planning Department processes. The County last adjusted fees in 2017. The adjusted fees are due to the current price structure not reflecting the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases through the years and will cover the incurred review and administration costs.
