The Code Enforcement Division of the Community Development Services Department ensures safety and compliance within the Pahrump Regional Planning District and the County of Nye. This work supports the communities and the county by ensuring code compliance, safe and properly maintained buildings and properties, and neighborhood enhancement efforts. Our Officers enforce many of the Counties codes,  the 2018 International Property Maintenance Codes, plus many others which help contribute to the residents quality of life and property values.
