The Comptroller's Office is the county's central coordinating financial agency, responsible for both external and internal financial reporting as well as the processing and maintenance of all official accounting records. Accounting functions performed by the office include accounts payable, accounts receivable, capital assets, contract management, data control, general ledger, grant management, payroll audit, and purchasing.
