2025 Online Only Tax Sale Auctions

This Auction offers trust properties for the online-only tax Sale starting October 21, 2025, at 9 a.m. and ending October 23, 2025. Closing times vary, starting at noon, so please check the auction page. Twenty of the 22 parcels are in Pahrump. Bids start as low as $1,150.
To take part in the bidding process, potential bidders must submit a $500 deposit in certified funds. Additionally, a 10% fee or a $100 minimum will be applied to the final bid amount. A $35 processing fee will be added to the deposit, bringing the total participation cost to $535. Deposits are usually due by October 15th at 1 p.m.. However, bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their deposit well in advance to ensure eligibility for the auction. The settlement deadline is October 27 at 1 p.m.. Check back for details..
Obtaining Property Lists
Click on the links above for details, and keep an eye out for four weeks before the auction; all properties up for bidding will be listed in the Pahrump Valley Times and Tonopah Times-Bonanza newspapers.
Registration & Payment Information
- PLEASE contact Bid4Assets to ensure proper processing of your deposit.
- Your deposit will be applied to the purchase price if you are a successful bidder.
- If you are unsuccessful, your deposit will be returned at the end of the sale or retained on file for future 2024 online auctions. The next auction is tentatively scheduled in the summer.
- Deposits must be made in the form of certified funds: Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, or Wire Transfers.
Payment requirements are:
- There is no financing - no exceptions.
- Cashier's checks, money orders, or wire transfers for payment in full (including Real Property Transfer Tax) on the day of the sale.

All properties are sold AS IS, and all sales are final. The County makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties regarding the physical condition or stability of any of the parcels being auctioned, the existence of hazardous materials on or under the parcels' surface, the property's suitability for the bidders' purposes, or for any other purpose. The properties are being conveyed subject to existing covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way, easements, and any other possible encumbrances. The County is making no representations, guarantees, or warranties regarding any liens or encumbrances that currently exist or may exist in the future on any parcels.
