NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill No.2012-18 entitled:A BILL PROPOSING TO AMEND CHAPTER 9.20 OF THE NYE COUNTY CODE RELATED TO THE LICENSING AND REGULATION OF PROSTITUTION, BY REMOVING THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR BROTHEL LICENSE APPLICANTS AND MANDATING ANNUAL, RATHER THAN QUARTERLY, REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYEES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY; CONSTITUTIONALITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was proposed by the Board of County Commissioners at its November 9, 2012 meeting.
Pursuant to NRS 244.100.1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Nye, State of Nevada, will hold a Public Hearing on Bill No. 2012-18 on Tuesday, the 4th day of December, 2012, at the time of 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, 101 Radar Road, located in Tonopah, Nevada, at which time any and all interested parties may appear and be heard.
